It has to be changed and it can be shared by you on different platforms, although it's like you've got content. Yeah. Since the way that you see on Instagram is different. You see on Facebook and you view Youtube, how different, the way you view onLinkedin or Twitter. And in the end of the day, what we need to do would be to know how folks consume content on that, that, that stage and make content which would actually operate. Uh, and that's, that's the big difference. You can go through precisely the manufacturing and say, okay, I will take a portion of this. It's like you may have a 10 minute video on youtube, however you are likely to just slice out possibly two minutes or three minutes on, on Facebook since it is going to execute a whole lot better like that.
So that you have mentioned many stages to creating one of these types of videos. So I suppose we start at the very start, you mentioned prep. Would you take us
Or perhaps linkedin. Yeah. And so that's part of this prep preparatory stage, right? And what we're trying to do is figure out, okay, here's what would work on Instagram. Now perhaps there is something or a hook which's a tiny bit better on Facebook and here's something different on youtube. So you can actually have the meat of this material be exactly the same. But how you're actually shooting the video, the way that it delivered is a bit different. And that is where you planning, uh, you know, the different ways to actually connect on different platform.
Hey that Jamie here and on behalf of the Click [inaudible] staff, welcome back into our movie series where we're talking video, but specifically the kinds of video you ought to be creating to drive more profit and more cliquey worthy movie opinions into your small business. In the previous video we discussed this marketing industry's state. When producing content Basically what's working by today. In this video we're going to go over the video content in a bit more detail and discuss about how to create the 1 video you ought to be creating immediately to push more clicks, more traffic, and much more sales on any product or service which you're offering.
The article production is probably the most crucial aspect of getting a great slice of video out there. And the reason is because you put a lot of work in planning, you spend a lot of time doing manufacturing, but really where the magic is really actually getting the elements which will truly engage. And I discovered that if you wish to be successful, it's about the groundwork of knowing precisely what you're going to do, how you are going to execute it. So I like to begin to figure out why I'm creating the movie. It should have a very special function. I believe it would be really pertinent to really have you go through this process. What exactly does that sound good? Okay. So let's just say that you are trying to sell some mix. Okay. And you're attempting to sell it. You've got some product or anything. Okay. So tell me somebody that you know well. Um, besides Joey and David. Okay. So your, your brother David. Okay. Chris. Brother Chris.
You are good. Uh if you want your movie you need to actually have of the way you are going to distribute it, a preparation stage. So back in the phase, you are like, okay, who's going to share this video? Are you going to participate with them? You know, is it likely to be achieved through ads organic or is it going to be a mixed strategy in which you really doing organic and adds together? Uh, for me, I love other stations on the market. I love other webpages on Facebook reason they need to actually feed the algorithm. They will need to obtain their articles outreach increased. And a great deal of people are willing to talk about your video. Uh, but more importantly, they are, they're able to cross post your own video. And so it is like coming on their page and it's like an content, even it isn't theirs.
So it's like getting these pins. And then two, there is those organic hooks within the video. Like he got himyou have to reinforce whatever that title is. And so I give that some thought. Um, and that the stage before you go onto the next step. But there is one thing that I really look at is that which, what source of medium are we likely to use? Like is it likely to be a Instagram one then than Facebook? Is it going to be much better on Twitter or on youtube? You know, like you got to look at the platform of that you're trying to reach and what is likely to be the ideal way. Now, one of the biggest mistakes, it's like, well I'll just distribute it everywhere, you know, and you're making a video trying to go on each stage and that is a massive mistake. Yeah. We are going to discuss the 1 sort of movie you have to have so as to blow off your small business, but not. We're also going to talk about how to structure and create that video. Let's go.
Right, right. And one thing that I found is even when you have a video that's performing quite well, you know, um, the way that the algorithm works on Facebook and other things, it's like maybe in six weeks or seven weeks you do a different cut and upload it, learn from what you already have, all the data that's there and say, okay, what if we edited this down because we had a sort of a drop off here. Perhaps we add, you know, something to pull them in visually here. Uh, you can do that. And, and in which you're in a position to do it you're in a position to succeed because people will be inclined to overlook what they saw, you understand, from six weeks ago.
Obviously. Yeah, that makes sense. Okay. So speaking about video editing from type of my experience and I am not a professional movie editor and I know just how much work goes into doing a lot of the things you say, you know, the, the captions Mimi finding, actually just putting titles in the top and bottom of your movie may take hours to get many people and some people watching this may not have any clue how to do that. So I suppose in that respect, is it worth the opportunity to do that? Could it be worth the time to sit down put in to editing the video or alternatively spending money with somebody to sort of,
Okay. So prepared created the video, edited the video. So we don't load it. Yep. That you'd say most of the people and say, alright that is just supply
But on Facebook we want to burn it in because some people do not have that choice on and you also ought to be certain that when they're scrolling through it, you're grabbing that attention. So he is like, actually? Exactly. And it is like the ratio to like on Facebook, we want to be a one by one ratio of square ratio. Right? So what elements which we may really add to this video file? Is it like to make it more of a meme that is video where we are placing texts that the beginning of the end, um, you know, is it really engaging with different, several kinds of elements? That's the things that you've got to look at when you are doing the edit. The thing I love is when we did the manufacturing directly and we have options like cause they're called to act, we will need to we did five or four different versions.
Or if we think of players, possibly Mohamed Sala, he is, that Liverpool is greatest player may be hitting scoring from United, I do not understand. Yeah, yeah, you can do different clips such as this. But even talking about they adore, you understand, Liverpool, correct. And, and the behind it. Um, so I like to attempt and identify a few things. All these are bullet points of what could that person that if he watches with movie with. And then two, I really do research. Just like I want to go out there and even understand just how well I know someone, I am like, what's going on out there? I do some research on the internet trying to see if there is anything that's trending. Uh, particularly when it's handling the topic at hand. So like for Liverpool, is there anything that's going on that will be in the information that would be applicable to, to the movie now?

And what's the first thing which you believe he's going to perform? Once that link with the video matches share the video. He is going to share it with not just one person, but he is gonna share with everyone that really likes what is going on, you understand? And so that there is outright critical. You understand what I am saying? And I think he'd need to be sucked in because he tried to determine what's happening in that movie.
The way you'd then approach that. Yeah. We did a lot of research. We do a lot of preparation. Today we would like to start executing on those things. Uh, and for me there's a formula for every video and this formulation is exactly what founders need to create for themselves. And there is a couple of elements for this formula that it, that it is universal for everybody. The very first one is, and that we prepared for is a hook. We need to catch their attention. That hook differs on youtube versus Facebook. Allow me to give an example of that to you. So like on youtube the hook would be like five seconds. And on Facebook it's gonna be entirely different since you are, you may have sound on or not. And you just have a possibly a second as you are kind of turning through their feed.
And even on Instagram, it's likely to be different. And so considering that, it is like that hook is similar to the most important part. And I would really put a great deal of effort and energy to attempt to work out how you're likely to captivate people's attention and the way you suck them into the content. Now that after that, after the hook, then you may reinforce your brand. So in case you've got a brand, you might have a branding component. This is an optional thing. Uh, it truly depends on what kind of content you are creating, you know, also, and then two, you are moving into the meat of this content. Now here's something that I discovered over, you understand, 40 some odd billion movie views. It is like people have a tolerance. And I, I have been on Facebook earlier, although I don't know whether you've dropped in this category and I have never turned on the sound.
You've got two or three different versions of a movie and you can test it to enjoy, like seriously what we do is we will just throw a few bucks behind it and and see how it converts. If it converts really well, you do not have to spend that much cash to figure out if people really click on it, engage with it, just how much they watched the movie to find out whether it actually works. And thus spending the time in place to making your movie engage with all the audience and connect with them on an emotional level, it gives you a higher probability for them to really share.
So when you actually have those check here bullet points of things that would really get there, get there, get them something that's going on, I then try to consider what value can you truly bring that person. So there that you can actually attract value. Uh, with movie content you can aspire, you can educate or instruct, entertain, and occasionally when you are really good you can do all three in the same time or you can get two of them. That is when you are really, really great once you're really giving it a lot of thought in it. Now that having been said, as soon as you do that, I try to figure out which value you are likely to attract to your intended viewer. Yeah. And bring some type of value and I try to attract those bullet points. So whether it's like creating loyalty to his team or talking how bad the other group is, that's some value that he'll really find.
Alright. So Chris, he enjoys football? Can he have a group? Liverpool. Liverpool. Okay. And is there a, uh, an opposing team that just, it's only a rivalry? There's a Coupole likely the greatest ones. Manchester United, which everyone understands. Okay. So Liverpool, Manchester United. Okay. So there's like some natural friction. Okay. First thing is like, okay, if we're going to produce a movie, we need to have a purpose of the video. The number two is that we will need to identify our viewers. Who Do we want watching this movie? So I would say it would be people that are Liverpool fans like your brother, like hardcore Liverpool. Okay. And we need to begin breaking down of some of the things that they, they sort of rally round that would get them excited. And what would be among these things which you'd think, well, beating Manchester United scoring goals.
Well let's just target everyone that enjoys Liverpool, right? And let us target everyone that doesn't like Liverpool. And let's see if we can find some things occurring here, some. And should you infuse a small bit of cash, it will be quite interesting, although I think you can do that with . The outcomes. You can get your own gently. Definitely. So I believe anybody watching this video has an overview or a blueprint to create not only a movie book in, knowing what to create and to push that out there properly and, and those secrets, uh amazing. And for anyone we have actually put together a guide which goes to what Daryl talked about there. Um, that formula, that whole blueprinta couple of things as well that we did not fit into this video, um, which you can grab beneath this video.
And so you must fortify it. And, and that stage when we were talking about your brother, it's like in the event that you add one of those other components that is like, yeah, yeah, I enjoy this video. You know, you are like go from there. That is where he'll stay on a little bit. And should you get 20 seconds, if he will reach that point and actually feel some kind of connection to the movie, they'll watch another minute, doesn't then result in more involvement on the videos as well. So they would be more likely. And 12 we see comments. Yeah, absolutely. It is like as you are connecting together and you are talking their language or however you're going into it, you're connecting with them on a psychological level and they feel part of something and they feel just like dumb. It that humanity feels obligated to do.
All you need to do is opt in, pop your email in there, we will send you that manual. So during this movie and the first video, we've talked a lot about producing the ideal video which includes everything from naturally prep, right the way through to actually shooting the video and then of course the post of where you've got to edit the movie up in the ideal way and to receive the very best distribution. Now all that is very hard. Most people don't have access to expensive camera equipment to take picture content. As an instance. But it's like individuals consume differently at different times. Um, but what I found is if you are able to hook them, if you are able to get that hook, while it's on Facebook, on Youtube, on Instagram, you actually need them for 20 minutes and then 20 seconds should be your gold. It is like you have to fortify that hook or you have to reinforce what your value proposition is to receive them in, whether it is a title or a thumbnail or however you are pulling them into that video. You have to reinforce that since if you do not, you're likely to have the hockey stick on effect. That means all the people who begin washing it start to depart, you know, and you are totally not going to have anybody watching it at the time.
So Darryl, in the very first video we discussed briefly on the sort of video content you ought to be generating, what favor for anyone that didn't see that or simply to refresh some memories, what sort of video? What sort of movie is that if there's one movie you should create as a business, um? Yeah, for me personally it is a societal video and just two to sort of take that a bit further then, um, and kind of briefly remind everybody which sort of video that's. Yeah, like, like the video portion of the video editing is so crucial. It may break or make a movie. It doesn't matter your script is. It doesn't matter how amazing your production and your camera is. The editing is really where it actually, the rubber meets the street to find out whether it's going to actually work or not. And for me, once you're able to do it, it is well worth the sources worth the moment. And when you actually put it together, it will convert a lot higher. Um, which in the conclusion of the day, that's by far besides prep, uh, you know, the preparation stage and it's similar to the implementation point to the editing has become the most critical.
Now presumably you would take the content you simply shot with Reese in your telephone or whatever to an editing package or to some post creation. I guess. Do you want to talk about what you do at that stage? Ready to distribute
It may sort of look like it is theirs. And that is a really, very important thing. So going back to your example that we said, hey, if we're going to really make a video about your brother along with his soccer team about Liverpool, while it's bad or good or anything, I'd like create a list of each, uh, webpage on Facebook on Instagram that will be pro or con. You know, that since that is who we would like to target, that is who we want to contact. And believe it or not, you know, getting, uh, those connections with these people is a way to have growth. And I discovered that if you can get like six or five or 10 stations or pages that are like yours that are eager to talk about your articles, I suggest that hastens your, your expansion, that hastens yourown reach and you're likely to get the perspectives that include it if you truly have done a fantastic job with your video.
So we have discussed the first stage of preparing for a video planning of video. We moved to clearly manufacturing and making the video. Can talk a little bit about
So when we talk about moving onto every platforms, I believe that is, this is quite important as well. There are clearly I believe there are two elements you might tell me. The biggest one that people think of is the proportion of the movie. So if you create in 1 video, you have got to think about how that transcribes into all the other ones. However, is there other, anything else you would type of need to be aware of if you're going to be generating content for say, Instagram or Facebook
So is that for production? You know, like a great deal of people put a lot of consideration in how things come like what kind of camera to use and so forth and so forth. But I believe it is like be elastic. Although that we prepared, you have a script and have like this you're going to get things when you're really doing the movie. They're like, oh, this could be a lot better if we did this and you know, shoot at variants. Just like you've got time, just shoot some different variations. Hey, perhaps this will function better than that. And you also know, that will aid you the post production phase.
So with that, simply to kind of move further into that, and would you load the movie first to your page and then contact all these are the webpage to allow them to know it is never, or would you choose a different approach? Yeah, so I do that at the phase. I know I, the videos come in and so I achieved whatever or because it might take a couple of weeks to get ahold of everybody. Uh, and who knows, perhaps you're like, Hey, I'll share your video should you share mine kind item. That's not a bad thing if you're doing PR crossposting. Uh, just to share a movie isn't where the burden is. Like you've got to literally cross post it and you need to give them privileges to cross post your articles. And the exact same for, you know, you're posting their articles, but that is kind of the key to Facebook.
However, the algorithm on youtube otherwise, you know, you would do it differently on, on Instagram and different on Twitter. But Facebook, I feel a lot of people which are seeing this video want to capitalize on that and that is an easy way to say, hey look, if you can have this page that has a reach of let's say you understand, 10,000 likes that they actually posted it, who knows just how a lot of you is they are likely to get. Um, and, and you reaches out to all these different pages and the analytics gets at which it moves straight back to your video. Yeah, it's really cool. No, that's cool. Now with blended strategy, like for me personally, I enjoy organic, but you've infused it with, together with advertisements. Advertisements that are paid by far is the most effective method to get into at the right moment in front of the ideal people. And if you know what you're doing, it could be very, very powerful. We're doing a movie about Liverpool, if you do not know what you are doing, it's still be powerful because whenever you say, okay?
It's like once you find something cool and you're like, hey, you have ta check this out. You know, we have to do that. We've got to that digital word of mouth. And that's that is what the videos do and where it's so potent. And after the core, basically of this content, you have to get a call to act. Um, and, and you may not believe, well, if it is a social video, I am not really doing it , you know, it is just more of an inspiration or it is merely a [inaudible] or whatever. That call to action is still key because are? Like remember when we spoke about what is the video's purpose? Or if it is to market products, we need to, you know, hit that button right or to push on them to a landing page. Uh, or if it is for inspirational, maybe it's like a Hashtag or some thing to combine a cause, you know, I mean the list goes on.
You know, before we do that, there's a good deal of people who just pick up a camera and begin recording and that may be among the worst things you could perform. And there are phases, such as you mentioned, there is a point of preparation, there is a point of creation, there's a stage of post production, then there's a point for distribution. And each one of those stages are critical, uh, and they function in harmony together to really get your movie being seen.
Yeah, that makes sense. And as soon as you've been through those stages a few occasions I guess from looking at these three stages, and you do edits that are different as well, which is vital, as you state. And many of us would, you know, she video, I've been guilty of this in the past and it'll throw up believing it's ready without stuff. But I can see how important it is to perform variations as when you discover you can simply continue following that blueprint over and over and over again.
